Once you have a clear vision, you can align your activities with your priorities and avoid wasting time on tasks that don't contribute to your objectives.

Time blocking is a powerful technique that involves scheduling specific blocks of time for different activities. By allocating dedicated time slots for tasks, you can maintain focus and avoid distractions.
It can be really hard to get out of procrastination mode at times for some, if this is the case for you, this time blocking technique can be a great way of getting started to help build momentum towards working on your goals.
Ensure that you allocate time for important activities, such as work, personal development, and relaxation. Be mindful of not overscheduling yourself, as it may lead to burnout.
For starters, if starting out with 2 hour blocks is too much, then at least start out with a 30 minute block where you work on something that you have been procrastinating about with no interruptions.
A Lot of times, the hardest thing to do when it comes to working on our goals vs. time wasters is that it is hard to get started with so many distractions around.
However, if you can commit to at least 30 minutes towards your goal as a starting point, you may find that getting started was not so hard and once you start momentum, you may find yourself increasing your time little by little over time.
Setting deadlines is crucial for managing your time effectively. However, it's equally important to set realistic deadlines that account for potential setbacks. Avoid procrastination by breaking down larger tasks into smaller, manageable subtasks and assigning specific deadlines to each. By adhering to these deadlines, you can stay on track and reduce time wasted on unnecessary delays.
Digital distractions, such as social media notifications, emails, and instant messages, can be major time wasters. Take proactive steps to minimize these distractions. Consider turning off non-essential notifications, scheduling specific times to check and respond to emails, and using website blockers or apps that limit your access to time-consuming websites or applications.
5. Delegate and Outsource
Recognize that you can't do everything by yourself. Consider delegating your tasks to a Virtual Assistant.
Having a virtual assistant can help you leverage the skills and strengths of others which can free up your time to focus on other income producing activities that require your expertise.
Additionally, consider outsourcing tasks that are outside your area of expertise, such as administrative work or specialized projects. This way, you can streamline your workload and eliminate time-consuming tasks.

6. Embrace the Power of Saying "No"
This practice of saying “no” may sound mean but when it comes to your goals, a lot of times it may be required as a way to eliminate distractions.
If you find yourself constantly putting off your goals to accommodate others instead of simply saying no, then you may need to establish boundaries and focus more on what is important for you.
Make a commitment to learning how to say "no" to requests or activities that do not align with your goals or priorities.
Keep in mind that every time you say "yes" to someone else's request is a "no" to your own priorities.
Get into the habit of setting boundaries and communicate your limitations respectfully. Some people around you may have an issue with it but with a strong healthy level of self love for yourself and your goals is important and should be communicated that way.
If there are others around you who cannot respect your time and boundaries, then you may need to reevaluate your relationships.
By being selective with your commitments, you can protect your time and invest it in activities that truly matter to you.
7. Practice Continuous Improvement
Constantly evaluate and refine your approach to time management. Reflect on how you spend your time and identify areas where you can make improvements. Experiment with different productivity techniques and tools to find what works best for you. Seek feedback from trusted individuals who can provide valuable insights and suggestions. Remember, the goal is not to achieve perfection but to consistently improve and eliminate time wasters.
8. Create A Not To Do List
